How to jump higher in basketball immediately.
What's going on guys.

Figuring out how to jump higher in basketball games can be a difficult task for a lot of people. Trust me, I know personally, but I cahnged that with some work. Jumping higher basically came down to these two things that helped more more than most of the other things I can think of.

1) You body is an engine that can't run on junk fuel. You need to be sure that you improve your hydration like with Powerade or Gatorade. That water is going to make a huge difference in your ability to jump and avoid cramps once you really start getting more air. I personally like to get the Gatorade powder and mix up 12 cups of Gatorade every morning and take it with me throughout the day. It's really helpful even if it doesn't sound like it. It makes a big difference for me.

2) You're going to need a little help with your technique. In my opinion the best private coaching out there is from The Jump Manual. They give you a probably the most comprehensive list of exercises that you can imagine using. That's probably because they did a lot of research about how athlete's who are running really need to jump.

Once you get those two things put together for you, you should be able to greatly improve your vertical jump without much of an issues at all. If you want to be amazing you should see what this guy did!
